During the business hours, our representative will confirm the order within 15 minutes of order received and after the confirmation, delivery process will begin.
In case, if the client wants to add some more items in cart after order confirmation, it will be considered as the new order placement with all the applicable rules.

  • If any sealed packed items and products have found defected, it can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery without additional charges
  • Customers have to ensure the quality of goods supplied at the time of delivery, otherwise, it will not be exchanged or return.

Our customer care representative will call you to confirm your order before dispatching. Please note once dispatched, you cannot cancel your order.

All Orders before 1 O’clock shall be delivered same day where as other order will be delivered next day.

If an item you are ordering is unavailable then it would not be added in your cart as it will appear as out of stock on our shop.
Just in case a product is unavailable and it gets added in the cart then it will be informed to you on our confirmation call. If you want to add any alternative product or cancel it you can guide us there on the call. If there is any refund applicable then it will be refunded to you within 24 hours.

The operation hours for free-delivery has been divided into different slots such as:
  • 10 am to 1 pm
  • 1 pm to 3 pm
  • 3 pm to 6 pm

Customer can enjoy free delivery all over the Karachi and Hyderabad on the purchase of Rs.2000/-. Please note: Rs.200/- will be charged for delivery of below than Rs.2000/-

We want to make sure we are delivering to right person so in case of unavailability we will reach to associated person within your reach to deliver them your order by recording details of that person. Moreover we can reschedule the delivery if no one is available at the location.

For our customers’ safety, our delivery and Packaging is in house so we ensure all the employees working in any area of the business is maintaining standard quality procedures. Moreover we have routinely quality assurance checkups to make sure we are providing our customers with best quality.

Our high efficient delivering system makes sure we are delivering on specified time. If it is not delivered on the time then it will definitely be delivered within 24 hours.
